The lighting design for the Cloughjordan Ecovillage developed by Dark Source aims to create an environmentally friendly lighting scheme which is sympathetic to the existing dark infrastructure and the needs of the nocturnal biodiversity. Dark Source also played an important role in the development of the lighting policy, negotiations of the lighting standards with the county council and the planning application process.
